I think this is a very pretty wallpaper. ^^ I don't think your wallpaper is too bright because my eyes didn't hurt when I downloaded it. The sakura tree is beautiful, even if some parts of it is shiny, I like it. The colors of the wallpaper match nicely and it gives a heavenly/peachful feeling. I also like your font on the title of your wallpaper. You can also see the words nicely without it blending in the wallpaper and making it hard to see.
